Terms of Service

These terms govern the website design, hosting and maintenance services provided by SiteSprint (operated by Stackedtensor, Kolkata, India). By engaging us or paying for a package, you agree to these terms.

The service

We build a website for your business based on the package you choose (One-Pager, Starter or Business) and the content you provide. Timelines (e.g. "live in 3 days") begin once we have your content and payment.

Pricing & the Care plan

• Build prices start at ₹1,999 (One-Pager), ₹4,999 (Starter) and ₹9,999 (Business), as listed on our site.
• A monthly Care plan (from ₹499/month) is required and covers hosting, SSL, security, backups and small edits. Without an active Care plan we cannot keep your website online.
• Prices may change with notice; changes do not affect work already paid for.

Your domain

You purchase and own your own domain name — it is always yours. We help you connect it and host your website on it. If you leave, your domain remains yours; a full copy of your site files can be provided for a one-time handover fee.

Your content & responsibilities

• You confirm you have the right to use any text, images and logos you give us, and that they are lawful.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide.
• You agree not to use the website for unlawful or harmful purposes.

Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds (as listed). Additional changes, new pages or scope beyond the package are chargeable and agreed in advance.

Payments, cancellation & refunds

• The build fee is payable to start work (or 50% upfront, 50% on go-live if agreed). The Care plan is billed monthly in advance.
• Because work begins immediately, build fees are generally non-refundable once work has started, except where required by law.
• You may cancel the Care plan at any time; the website will be taken offline at the end of the paid period unless a new plan is arranged. Your domain stays yours.

Hosting & availability

We host your site on reliable infrastructure and aim for high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers or events outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profits).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
